• Full payment is requested to reserve the equipment for the required dates.  Call, email or submit and inquiry form to schedule rental dates.
  • All equipment will be delivered to the event location and set up by Audio Rentals Reno at the scheduled time.
  • A full refund will be given when notice of cancellation is provided a week prior to the reserved rental date.
  • A refund of 50% will be given to the customer upon cancellation 24-hours prior to scheduled rental.
  • For scheduling purposes, customers should provide notice of cancellation as early as possible.
  • If the customer is not satisfied with the services provided, a full refund of any payments received will be returned to the customer.
